Description
Lara –a young filmmaker– finds herself in a no place between Cuba and Mozambique. Over an imagined balcony towards the Indian Ocean, Lara is searching for answers to the long silence of her father. She does feel the loneliness preceding the imminent demise of her father, Camilo. She begins to draw up paths that prevent her from the beginning of the end.

Bio
Lara Sousa is a young and passioned filmmaker from Mozambique. Her short films have an essayist and self-referential aesthetic. She combines her political vision with a poetic language, searching for (...) a “nonplace” between Mozambique and other realities. (Source: Berlinale-talents)
