Annouchka de Andrade joined the team of the Amiens International Film Festival, after working for more than 20 years in the field of visual and cinematographic arts.
She made her debut at ARP (Authors-Directors-Producers) alongside Jacques Poitrenaud under the presidency of Claude Berri by organizing the first five editions of the Beaune film meetings. During the GATS negotiations (1993) for the ARP, she was in charge of organizing conferences bringing together European decision-makers, which allowed her to participate in the debate in favor of the principle of cultural exception.
The conclusions from the debate made it possible to protect the authors from an exclusively commercial conception and to preserve for the States their sovereignty in terms of audiovisual policy. Later she was a production assistant of Jean-Pierre Ramsay, followed by a stint at Via productions, and at Mac Mahon cinema as programmer.
Her skills and her curiosity for others led her to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to Colombia as an audiovisual attaché for the Andean countries, then to Seville as director of the French Institute. In this capacity, she organized concrete, ambitious and innovative cinematographic and cultural actions, which resulted in—thanks to a close and fruitful dialogue—the signing of bilateral agreements with the CNC. And in the innovative fields of performing arts, visual arts, and language, promoting French creative industries through meetings with professionals in the cultural professions, the creation of French film festivals, support for television programs, initiatives for French music--i.e., the creation of the 1st music festival--support for the broadcasting of Radio France Internationale (RFI), promotion of video games, among others.

Après avoir travaillé plus de 20 ans dans le domaine des arts visuels et cinématographiques, Annouchka de Andrade rejoint l’équipe du festival international du film d’Amiens.
Elle a fait ses débuts à l’ARP (Auteurs-réalisateurs-producteurs) aux côtés de Jacques Poitrenaud sous la présidence de Claude Berri en organisant les cinq premières éditions des rencontres cinématographiques de Beaune. A l’occasion des négociations du GATS (1993) pour l’ARP, elle a été en charge d’organiser des conférences réunissant les décideurs européens, lui permettant de participer au débat en faveur de l’exception culturelle. Les conclusions ont permis de protéger les auteurs d’une conception exclusivement marchande et de conserver aux Etats leur souveraineté en matière de politique audiovisuelle.
Puis elle a été assistante de production pour Jean-Pierre Ramsay puis chez Via productions, et a programmé le cinéma Mac Mahon. Ses compétences et sa curiosité de l’autre, l’ont mené pour le ministère des affaires étrangères, en Colombie en qualité d’attachée audiovisuelle pour les pays andins, puis à Séville pour diriger l’Institut français.
Elle y a organisé des actions cinématographiques et culturelles concrètes, ambitieuses et novatrices se traduisant, grâce à un étroit et fructueux dialogue, par la signature d’accords bilatéraux avec le CNC et dans les domaines novateurs du spectacle vivant, des arts visuels, et de la langue, tout en promouvant les industries créatrices françaises à travers la rencontre de professionnels des métiers de la culture. (création de festivals de cinema français, soutien aux programmes de télévision, impulsion de la musique française (création de la 1re fête de la musique), soutien à la diffusion de Radio France Internationale (RFI), promotion du jeu video entre autres).
