Synopsis
In 2017, an environmental bomb was discovered in Central Africa in the Congo Basin. If the balance of this ecosystem is disturbed, the equivalent of three years of global greenhouse gas emissions could be released into the atmosphere, causing a significant increase in global warming.

En 2017, une bombe environnementale a été découverte en Afrique centrale dans le bassin du Congo. Si l’équilibre de cet écosystème est rompu, l’équivalent de trois ans d’émission mondiale de gaz à effet de serre pourrait être relâché dans l’atmosphère et faire exploser les compteurs du réchauffement climatique.

Yamina Benguigui, French of Algerian origin, is a socio-politically engaged filmmaker, author and politician. Very early on, she envisioned the image as the most powerful tool to change attitudes and  our perspectives of each other and at the world.

Yamina Benguigui, française d’origine algérienne, est une réalisatrice engagée, une auteure et une femme politique. Elle a très tôt envisagé l’image comme l’outil le plus puissant pour faire évoluer les mentalités et changer les regards que nous portons les uns sur les autres et sur le monde.
