Bio

Faith Musembi is a Kenyan-born, South Africa-raised, US educated writer, director and editor. She graduated from Emerson College, Boston, with a Masters in Visual Media Arts. She is the founder of Faimus Films, a motion picture production company specializing in documentaries, TV shows, corporate videos and short & feature-length film and a Producer with WildEarth.TV, a live wildlife broadcaster. Her short film, Pendo, was the 2017 Best Local Language Film winner at the Kalasha International Film Festival and scooped both the Best Short Film & Best Screenplay awards under the Swahili Films Awards at the 2018 Zanzibar Film Festival.
